The portion of the payment for procedures covered by your insurance will vary based on this coverage.
At the time of your treatment, we will provide an estimate of the amount covered by your insurance company, based on the information they give us. Please note that this estimate is not a guarantee of benefits or payment. We will file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. However, this does not shift your financial responsibility to the insurance company. If the amount paid by your insurance is different from the estimate, you will either be billed for the difference or credited in case of an overpayment. If you have any questions about our financial policies or financing options, please contact us prior to your treatment.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
